We’re on 12 Jubilee Crescent — a bright, minimal space where the hum of the grinder is the only soundtrack. Whether you’re grabbing a quick americano before work or settling in for an afternoon with a cappuccino and a book, the experience is the same: precise, warm, unhurried.

Our specialties span the classics — cappuccino, americano, espresso, flat white, and more. Each one follows a recipe we’ve refined hundreds of times. No secret menu gimmicks. Just really good coffee, made the same way every day.

Our brewing philosophy

Temperature control

Every machine calibrated daily. Water at 93.5°C, milk steamed to 65°C — no guesswork.

Timed extraction

28-second pulls, monitored in real time. Under-extracted sourness and over-extracted bitterness don't make it past the bar.

Measured doses

18 grams in, every single time. Grind size adjusted by the hour to match humidity and bean age.
